OVEN BARBECUED COUNTRY STYLE SPARERIBS | |
Sprinkle very lightly with salt, pepper, garlic flakes and parsley flakes. Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Cover with thin slivers of lemon. Cover with barbecue sauce (with onions). Cover off - cook for 1/2 hour more. Serve: 1/2 pound per person. |
