4 lb. pork spare ribs, country style 2 sm. onions, sliced Salt & pepper to taste 3/4 c. catsup 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Place ribs in roaster. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put sliced onions over them. Make sauce of remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Pour over ribs. Cover roaster. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Drain excess fat. After this baking time, remove cover and bake 20 minutes longer to brown. |
