5 or 10 lbs. sparerib tips, if desired

1. Wash your meat carefully, removing all fat.

2. Then season your sparerib tips with a sprinkle of: salt, accent seasoning, meat tenderizer, little garlic powder, paprika and parsley flakes. Tumble meat several times in mixing pan or tray.

3. Line your pan with Reynolds wrap (using heavy duty).

4. Place your sparerib tips into your roasting pan, adding water under the bottom of the foil, then cover.

5. Turn on oven to 350 degrees. Let your ribs begin to boil, 1/12 or 2 hours. When you check your ribs after giving them time to boil, you then add white vinegar and the barbecue sauce and let simmer until the ribs are ready as desired.
