Sauce: 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. water 1 tsp. dry mustard dash of pepper Brown onion and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce while cooking on outside grill, turning frequently and basting on each side. Cook until done. |
