CHUCK WAGON SALISBURY STEAK 
2 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef

Crush corn flakes and place in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, 1/3 cup of the barbeque sauce, salt and pepper; beat well. Add beef; mix only enough to combine.

Shape into 4 oval patties, 3/4 inch thick. Place in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Brush with the remaining barbeque sauce. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes (medium doneness).
