CHUCK WAGON SALIBURY STEAK 
2 c. cornflakes
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1/2 c. bottled barbeque sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder if desired

Crush the cornflakes to 1 cup, add egg, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, salt, pepper and onion and garlic powder (if using). Beat well. Add ground beef or turkey.

Shape into 4 oval patties about 3/4 inch thick. Place in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Brush patties with remaining barbeque sauce. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes for medium doneness. Shorten or lengthen baking time according to preference. Yields: 4 salisbury steaks.
