CHUCK WAGON STEAK | |
1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chuck steak 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 c. beef broth 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. olives, chopped Mix flour, salt, and pepper together and dredge meat on both sides with mixture. Brown in olive oil. Blend next three ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer one hour. Add green pepper and olives and simmer 1 more hour. |
