PLUM PUDDING 
1 lb. carrots, scraped and ground with 1/2 lb. suet
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. currants
1 lb. raisins
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix these well, and steam in a greased mold for 2 to 3 hours.
