PLUM PUDDING 
1 lb. suet ground up
1 lb. brown sugar
1 pt. milk or 2 c.
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 lb. currants
1 lb. seedless raisins
1 lb. seeded raisins
1 egg
Flour to make stiff

Mix all together in big bowl. Start adding the flour and keep mixing until so stiff you can't mix anymore. About 5 pounds flour). Form into a ball put in a cloth and tie tight. Put in boiling water and cook for 5 hours. When cool remove cloth.
