MARINATED SHRIMP-PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. spiral pasta, cook, drain and rinse
1 jar marinated asparagus plus liquid
1 to 2 c. cooked shrimp
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
2 green onions sliced
1 can black olives, drain & slice
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise plus
1/3 c. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 tbsp. spicy mustard

To make marinade combine: shrimp, oil, vinegar, garlic, asparagus, and basil. Chill 2 hours. Add salt, pepper to pasta. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and toss with pasta. Add marinade and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Toss well. Chill. To serve pass salad with Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over the top of each serving. Serves 6.
