CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 cut-up chicken or equal amount of chicken parts
Paprika and salt
1 can mushroom or chicken soup
3 soup cans water
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Sprinkle 3/4 cup uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish. Put salt and paprika on chicken and place on rice. Mix soup and water together well. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over all, then the uncooked stuffing mix. Be sure to cover chicken with liquid. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours.
