EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chicken, skinned & boneless if possible
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of celery soup
Rice
Water

Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with equal parts of soups. Turn chicken to mix. Add rice to equal serving of chicken. Add about 1/4 recommended amount of water. Stir. Microwave on medium high for best results or in oven at 375 degrees until meat is tender. (You can also add peas.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
