EASY CHICKEN OR PORK CASSEROLE 
1 fryer cut into serving pieces of boneless chicken breasts or pork chops
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 c. long grain white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water

Grease a large casserole dish or a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange the meat in the pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the meat. You may arrange the meat on top of the rice mixture if you wish. Bake 75 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not cover. Stir once or twice during cooking.

I am making this, but got to add chopped onions, sliced mushrooms and frozen green beans to it. That should complete or as a one pot meal.
