CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole green chilies (Ortega)
Equal amounts Cheddar & Jack cheese (about 2 c. each)
4-5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1-2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Then layer mixed cheeses with chilis (torn in strips) starting with cheese, then chilies, cheese, chilies, etc. ending with cheese (like lasagna).

Mix eggs, milk and flour together; pour over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until starting to brown. Pour tomato sauce over top, covering it and cook 15 more minutes. 10 inch corning ware dish serves 9-12, depending on size of servings. To make larger recipe, increase amounts except for tomato sauce.
