CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE | |
2 (4 oz.) cans Ortega whole green chili, drain and remove seeds 1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese Beat together: 8 eggs 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Layer in greased 9x13x2 inch casserole as follows: (1) Chiles on the bottom. (2) Jack cheese. (3) Cheddar cheese. (4) Cottage cheese. Pour milk/egg mixture over top and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
