TERRY'S CHILI VERDE 
4 pork shoulder steaks
2 cans (14 1/4 oz.) Contadina whole tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) Ortega chopped chilies
1 Spanish onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped
3 bacon strips
Lawry's seasoned salt & powdered garlic

Trim fat from pork steaks and cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. In large fry pan cook bacon. Remove and discard. Brown pork in bacon grease.
