CHILI VERDE 
2 lb. boneless pork 1 inch cubes
1 lb. boneless beef 1 inch cubes
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 can beef broth
1 tbsp. salt

Combine all in crock pot, stir. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
