CHILES RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega whole green chilies
2 c. grated Jack cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chili salsa

Slit chilies lengthwise on one side and open flat. Remove seeds. Divide 1 1/2 cups cheese evenly and place on centers of chilies. Roll up each chili starting at pointed end. Place rolls seam side down side by side in greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over chilies and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes until puffed browned and firm. Heat salsa and spoon over chilies.
