12-14 potatoes
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. onions, minced
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Butter
Parmesan cheese

Mash potatoes in bowl. Beat together with next 5 ingredients. Dot top with dabs of butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with tin foil for at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (Don't forget to grease pan).
