EASY PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes, boiled
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chives

Cook and drain potatoes. Beat sour cream and cream cheese. Add potatoes by the spoonful to cream cheese mixture. If too stiff, add a little milk. Then add dry ingredients. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
