DOT'S PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dehydrated chives or 1/2 c. fresh chives
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Paprika sprinkled on top of the casserole

Peel and boil the potatoes. Mash and add sour cream, cheese and butter. Beat until smooth. Add chives, salt and pepper. Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole or 9x13 oblong dish. Dot with additional butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
