VANILLA MILK SHAKE
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract Place the ice cream in a blender with the milk and the vanilla extract. Blend together until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Serves 1.

I have a version of this for the holiday instead of regular milk add half cup of Egg Nog variation for adults add teaspoon or rum extract or the real thing to taste.
