4 c. sugar
1 lg. can milnot
Pinch of salt

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off stove and add:

1 stick butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows or cream
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. Hershey's bar (1/2 lb. size)
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into buttered pan 9 x 12 inches or larger.
