5 POUNDS FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/3 lb. butter

Bring to boil and cook for 7 1/2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from fire and add 3 (6 ounce) packages chocolate chips. 1 jar of marshmallow whip, 2 cups nuts and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Blend well and pour on buttered pan. When cool cut into pieces.
