MICROWAVE CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 med. onion
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 (8 count) can biscuits
Parsley flakes

Combine onion, green pepper, and butter in 2 quart glass dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in soup, chicken, and milk. Microwave covered for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring once. Arrange biscuits around dish, sprinkle with parsley. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until biscuits are cooked. turning dish once. Yield: 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
