BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD | |
1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. (heap) celery, chopped 1 c. crab meat (canned or fresh) 2 cans shrimp 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped Chop celery, onion and green peppers fine. Mix Worcestershire sauce in salad dressing, add chopped hard boiled eggs to vegetable, mix, combine with salad dressing. Melt 1/3 cube of butter, 16 saltine crackers crushed. Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 9 pan or individual shells. |
