1 can condensed cream of celery soup 1/4 c. milk 1 beaten egg 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 3 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted Combine cream of celery soup, milk, eggs and half the cheese in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Stir in crab, shrimp and mushrooms. Spoon into 4 large baking shells or into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Toss dry bread crumbs with remaining cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle crumbs over mixture. Bake in a moderate oven, 375 degrees, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
