BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD | |
1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 lb. crabmeat 1 lb. cooked shrimp, bite size 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread stuffing Mix vegetables, crabmeat and shrimp. Add stuffing, seasonings and mayonnaise. Place in casserole, cover with a few stuffing crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Can be placed in clean scallop shells and baked for individual servings. Serves 8 people. |
