SEAFOOD BAKE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked & cartilage removed
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine cream of celery soup, milk, egg and half the cheese in a saucepan, stir on low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Stir into four large baking shells. Toss dry bread crumbs with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle crumbs over mixture in shells. Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for approximately 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon twist. Makes 4 servings.
