BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD | |
3 c. chopped or shredded seafood 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tbsp. mustard 1 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 2 tsp. onion, chopped In bowl mix mayonnaise, catsup, and mustard. Stir in chopped seafood and vegetables. Pack in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Any seafood may be used (tuna always available and crabmeat especially good). Combinations also good. |
