BAKED HOLLY POTATOES 
6 potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. butter

Wash and quarter potatoes. Put in cold water. Mix flour, Parmesan cheese and pepper and put in bag. Drop potatoes in bag and shake. Coat real good. In long pan or dish melt butter. Lay potatoes in pan single layer; bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, turn 1 time. Very good and stays real hot in Pyrex dish.
