POLYNESIAN SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak 1/2" thick tenderized or pounded with mallot
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. (1/2 of 2 1/2 oz.) dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Trim fat from meat and cut into serving pieces. In a bowl, mix pineapple, tomato sauce and soup mix and mustard. In 3 quart casserole alternately layer meat and sauce. Cook at medium level for 70-80 minutes. Arrange meat after 40 minutes.
