TOW TOWS (CHOCOLATE ANISE) 
1/2 c. cocoa
6 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. anise
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped walnuts and almonds
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together then add others. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. hot coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
