AUNT FANNY'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. yellow squash
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cook squash; drain thoroughly. Put everything except 1/2 cup cracker crumbs in casserole dish. Add remaining cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
