12 (2") bread rounds, cut with biscuit cutter
1/2 pkg. onion dip mix
1 stiff beaten egg white
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together, folding in egg white last. Toast bread on one side in oven or broiler. Take from oven and spread untoasted side with cheese mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
