MELANGE OF FRUITS 
Raspberries
Strawberries
Oranges, peeled & sliced or sectioned
Melon balls
Peaches, peeled & cut into wedges
Pears, peeled & sliced
Bananas
Apples, etc.
Whatever is your favorite

FRUIT DRESSING:

1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
Dash of powdered allspice
Dash of Amaretto or other sweet liqueur
3 tbsp. chopped mint

Place fruit in 1 1/2 quart serving bowl. Mix dressing ingredients until honey dissolves. Pour over fruit, refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with mint.
