1 c. soft bread crumbs moistened with 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. lean ground beef

Work together making thick patties, place in baking pan.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Pour over beef patties and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
