BARBEQUE MEAT PATTIES 
1 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 slices bread, soaked in water

Combine above ingredients and form into small patties. Brown and drain.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pour sauce over patties, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
