BARBECUE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. instant onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce

FOR BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, eggs, salt and pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loaf in 7 x 10" pan and pour sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
