“EXCELLENT CHOCOLATE FUDGE” IS IN:

EXCELLENT CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup (Karo)
1 cup cream
2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients except butter; cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Add butter; pour into greased bowl. Let set until bottom of bowl is cool.

Beat with wooden spoon until stiff. Form into roll; chill and slice.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
