BARBECUE MEAT LOAF 
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
6 tsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Form into a loaf, place in shallow baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
