RHUBARB PIZZA 
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1 egg, beaten with 2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together. Pat dough mixture into the bottom and sides of a round pizza pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan. Can also use a cookie sheet. Place 3 cups of rhubarb over crust. Sprinkle 1 (3 ounce) box of strawberry gelatin over top.

Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup soft butter together and sprinkle over the gelatin and rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
