1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Moisten crumbs with milk; combine with meat, salt, pepper. Shape into patties. Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour over patties. Bake 45 minutes or until done, 350 degrees F.
