KOREAN BEEF PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, crushed
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 1/2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Form into 4 balls and flatten into patties. Broil, grill or pan fry until done. 4 servings.
