KOREAN STYLE BEEF 
1 lb. sirloin or chuck roast, sliced thin like luncheon meat
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp. crushed, toasted sesame seeds
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Place meat in a bowl with ingredients. Mix with your hands until well blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight would be better). Stir fry in large pan with small amount of oil. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
