MARG'S KOREAN BEEF 
1 (2 lb.) flank steak
1 1/2 tbsp. ginger root
2 tbsp. oil + 1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Lightly freeze steak and slice into thin slices. Mix all but sesame seeds together and marinate meat at least 3 hours. Skewer and broil or barbecue.
