1 1/2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

In saucepan, melt butter; remove from heat. Add cocoa and sugar, and stir together. Next add eggs, flour and vanilla. Finally mix in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Don't overbake.
