2 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
Peanut butter

Melt butter and cream cheese at low temperature. Mix with confectioners' sugar; roll out on wax paper and spread peanut butter over top. Roll into 1 long roll and slice. Refrigerate until cool.
