3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup (Karo)
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
3 eggs

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Boil sugar, water, syrup, and salt until it strings from spoon. Beat mixture into egg whites. Butter wax paper and hands well and spread on wax paper. Spread with peanut butter and roll up. Chill and slice.
