BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
Spare ribs
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. ripe tomato catsup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika powder

Sear spare ribs and place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ribs. Bake one hour or until tender in 350 degree oven. The last 20 minutes, baste meat with the sauce.
